When cooling tower issues threaten building operations, every detail matters.

At Methodist Metropolitan Professional Building, our Shafer Mechanical team stepped in to replace a cooling tower motor, perform precision laser alignment, and investigate a second tower cell where a locked-up gearbox was discovered.

Our technicians successfully restored operation to one of the two cooling tower cells, brought the central plant back online, and proactively monitored chiller performance until the building's heat load was recovered.

The result? Restored cooling operations, an identified solution for the remaining tower cell, and minimal disruption to the facility.
