Built to last, this facility is officially open for business 👏

We've wrapped construction on another self-storage project! This impressive new climate-controlled facility spans 120,846 sq. ft. Featuring 3 floors, it offers a total of 830 units, including ambient drive-up units. Building excellence requires a team that is dedicated to every phase and diligent about every detail. Our team and partners showed real teamwork, and we're proud to see the final result.

We’re thrilled to announce the completion of another self-storage facility!

This ground-up project spans 56,298 sq. ft. and features two adjacent buildings with a combined 72 spacious units. Sizes range from 15x35 to 20x50, and each one was designed to maximize space. None of this is possible without our team and partners, thank you to everyone who showed up day in and day out. Your hard work shows in every detail!

Swipe to see our latest self-storage facility take shape from the ground up to the completed metal building structure now standing tall. Spanning 99,750 sq ft, the facility will offer 649 climate-controlled units and 28 ambient units, as well as open parking to meet the growing needs of the surrounding community.
