Taking a closer look at James Hardie Artisan siding on our Alamo Heights project this morning. This stuff is 3/4" thick (most siding is about half that), which lets us miter every corner instead of trimming it — so it looks like real wood, not a siding product.

We're blending board and batten with standard siding on this one for a unique front elevation. Once it's painted, it's going to be a showstopper. More updates to come!
