One house Many Goals!

Problems:

The entire top gable wall shook like a leaf if you pushed on it it had no support framing and had no insulation

The entire bottom of the siding on the back of the home was totally rotten

Windows were in very bad shape and not efficient

Had some rotten siding on the front and side of the house

Repair some shotty work in the bathrooms because when we removed the siding we saw water coming through both bathrooms

Fix mesh in ac closet that had fallen out

Solutions:

Reinforced the framing on the gable and installed insulation

Replaced all the siding the back side of the house using new cement siding with current style to match the rest of the old siding as best as possible

Replaced all the windows

Repaired the siding in front with the salvaged old siding to match perfectly

Recalked and sealed the bathroom tub and shower.

Details details details. Anyone can slang a paint brush. We take our time, replace rotten wood, replace broken siding, repair everything, pressure wash the whole home, seal everything up, caulk everything, AND THEN we prime and painte the whole home!
