Commercial Flooring Foreman - $36.00 - $41.00/hr
Commercial Flooring Installer - $30.00 - $35.00/hr
Commercial Flooring Apprentice - $24.00 - $29.00/hr
General Laborer - $18.00 -$23.00/hr

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, leadership ability, and demonstrated performance.
30-Day Field Evaluation Program (FEP) 

Every new field employee begins their career with Reyes Floor Services through our 30 - Day Field Evaluation Program (FEP). The FEP evaluates each employee’s craftsmanship, work ethic, safety commitment, professionalism, teamwork, reliability, and leadership potential. Successful completion of the FEP may result in a full-time employment offer and eligibility for advancement within our structured career development program.
Career Development Path 

General Laborer → Commercial Flooring Apprentice → Commercial Flooring Installer → Commercial Flooring Foreman → Field Superintendent → Field Operations Manager

Giving back isn’t just something we do it’s part of our culture and who we are. Being out there cooking, supporting, and spending time with the veterans who’ve served our country made this event truly special.
