Supertech of San Antonio

Hi my name is Ket Lilly. I have been in the appliance repair business for close to 20 years. Prior to a hiatus from appliance repair I worked with my brother in a family owned company where I gained the majority of my experience. Many people don’t realize that appliance technicians that know what they are doing are rare. Not to be negative about my vocation but most individuals who become appliance repairman didn’t start out with that intention. Many techs come from other fields and because appliances are generally speaking smaller versions of larger equipment it would seem that learning appliance repair would be simple. I was fortunate that my father was a factory trained G.E. technician and he taught me and my brother properly. That doesn’t mean I’m perfect. The truth is like in most areas of life we get better with experience. I do have bad days…we all do as technicians. True maturity comes when you can say “I don’t know but I will get an answer.”

I have seen many repairs in my time and I still see new things all the time. My goal is always to take the time to do it right the first time and if I fail to do so make it right in anyway that I can. I do repairs you can see my rates on my website at http://supertechsa.com/service-labor-fees. For now I am sticking to the Northwest and West sides of San Antonio. Doing this allows me to keep my pricing lower by nesting calls in a close area. However if you just need information I will be glad to help regardless of where you are located. Just send me a message with the model and serial number of your machine and I will respond as quickly as possible. Thank you. If you ever need to personally reach me please email me at [email protected].
