This week, our is the Community Health Development Clinic in Leakey!

This new one-story medical office building will provide a variety of services to the community, including a pharmacy, medical clinic, dental wing, and social services wing, along with dedicated support spaces for staff. The project also includes a new parking lot, carport, and sidewalks.

RVK has been spending some time on the golf course! ⛳

Our team enjoyed getting out to support two great events: the Boerne Education Foundation annual Birdies for Boerne at Topgolf alongside our friends at Cleary Zimmermann Engineers, and the The Real Estate Council of San Antonio Golf Tournament.

We’re grateful for opportunities to connect with our community, support local organizations, and enjoy some friendly competition along the way!

This month, our Principals, Senior Associates, and Associates took a break from the office for some quality time together at the Missions baseball game! From great conversations to cheering from the stands, it was a fun way to connect outside the office.

And to make the night even better, Albert caught a foul ball! ⚾🙌

Last week, our team joined Bexar County Animal Facility for the groundbreaking of their new facility! 🐾

We’re proud to be part of this exciting project and look forward to seeing this new space come to life, creating a better environment for the animals, staff, and community it will serve.

Last week, RVK President Heath Wenrich joined an insightful panel discussion, The Paradigm for Cocktails & Conversation: Constructing San Antonio.

Alongside industry leaders Dan Byrom of Joeris General Contractors and Chad Respondek of KFM Engineering and Design, with Jenny Park of CBRE serving as moderator, Heath shared his perspective on the opportunities, challenges, and future of construction and development in San Antonio.

We’re proud to see Heath representing RVK and contributing to conversations that help shape the future of our city.

Celebrating 40 years of Judy Zimmerman at RVK Architecture.

For four decades, Judy has helped shape RVK through her leadership, dedication, relationships, and most importantly, her care for the people around her.
