Second Impressions SA Second Impressions was established on March 5, 2004. Our business has three main áreas: general rem And, some very large and extensive remodels.

Initially, we wanted to flip homes and do general contracting. Unfortunately, the flipping market did not offer the required margins to be profitable. So, we started working with realtors to get homes “Ready for Market, Ready for Close.” That avenue opened up other opportunities as people realized that remodeling and updating their current home made much better sense than buying a new one. The nex

t step involved not just room additions, but building projects from the ground up. A home for a retiree, a large casita next to the main home and other similar projects. And then, we discovered bathrooms and patio enclosures...or the market found us. We started quoting these jobs and found out we are extremely competitive. Our gallery will show you several examples. Enclosed patios (not kits) will change your life and alter your life-style. The extra room is utilized daily. It becomes square footage that counts in the value of your home. Normally, it costs less than your current price per square foot. Bathrooms in older homes need updating. You enjoy them more and they increase the value of your home. We are ready to serve you.
