In celebration of International Women’s Month and Women in Construction Day, our team joined the American Subcontractors Association - San Antonio for a night of connection, laughter, great wine, and incredible women. Proud to celebrate, support, and stand alongside those shaping the future of construction—on and off the jobsite.

We came out to a surprise in the morning, looks like even the bees are having trouble waking up after springing forward.

In our work we take on all kinds of challenges — big, small, and occasionally flying. Our workdays don’t always go according to plan, but adapting with a sense of humor keeps us steady, even when nature decides to join the action.

We are investing in our future workforce.

Students from Highlands Highschool visited with us as part of SA WORX Job Shadow Days, in partnership with Junior Achievement of South Texas. By opening our workplace to these students, they gain a firsthand look at career opportunities in the refrigeration industry available right here in SATX.

Students learned about project management, as well as the values and processes of becoming a professional engineer. Then we took a walk out to the warehouse where students were able to get some hands-on time and learn about the incredible opportunities within the refrigeration trade.

We may have gotten a little chilly walking through our live refrigeration demo, but the sunshine warmed us right back up. A great day of learning, exploring, and inspiring future workforce!

We are proud to partner with the greater: SATX and Junior Achievement of South Texas on this meaningful program that inspires the next generation of leaders.

It was great to bring the entire ARI team together for our quarterly town hall and safety meeting. These moments give us the chance to align on our performance, share where we’re headed, and reinforce our commitment to keeping one another safe. We’re thankful for the engagement, openness, and shared focus that continue to move ARI forward.

So proud of John Campbell for his work as 2025 San Antonio AGC Chapter Chair. Last night he stepped into his new role as San Antonio AGC Past Chair and PAC chair for 2026.

Yesterday afternoon, Past Chair Blaine Beckman from Nunnelly General Contractor installed our 2026 Board of Directors at our annual Installation Event in front of a full house! We are grateful to our sponsors and all who attended, and we can't wait for another great year as the voice of the commercial construction community.
