We’re in Johnson City working towards the opening of Mad Jack’s Hill Country Barbecue. But don’t let that slow you down from visiting my team in Cloudcroft. They’re rocking’ it! Now… take a look at this beauty, one of four new pits going in our Texas Hill Country smokehouse! Built by Kyle Moe of Pig Iron Patina! Thank you Kyle for this work of art. But stay tuned, we’re spreading the love with a variety of first class pit builders. Some of the first rate builders have long waiting list, so I appreciate these guys squeezing us in as we’re shooting for a May opening. And thanks for all the well wishes and encouragment. It’s much appreciated! This is quite the undertaking on a limited budget!

Rock milling, leveling and grading was performed on 5 acres of land to prepare it for the installation of 3-4 inches of fresh soil. A total of 50-100 loads of fill were used in this process.

Got home at midnight!
Woke up with Jesus on my mind and heart!!
Was reading The Word of God in 2timothy ch 3 and saw everything myself as man,father ,husband, business man etc. doesnt want to be!
Here it is:

Large Commercial development project completed at the Amarillo Kart Complex. KBY Services provided remodel of one building, added a race grid/staging area, elevated viewing and press box, storage building, and site work. Amazing project and result. AKC is open for Thurs.-Sun. for rental karts and has multiple regional and national races schedule for next year. Look at the transformation.
