Running a small business isn’t easy or for the faint of heart.
We officially hit month Two of being officially up and running, yet we have sacrificed for almost three years to make the calling a reality.
Most days are longer than long where burning the midnight oil doesn't even scratch the surface. Late nights turn into early mornings and sacrifice is our primary vocabulary.
There are many moments of crying involved, crying because you're both thankful for the way the Heavenly Father entrusts you but also crying because the bills are due tomorrow and you're hoping and praying that the "One Post" or that "one" conversation will be "THE ONE", the one that busts the door wide open and floods your office with customers. And when it isn't or hasn't, you wipe the tears, look to the heavens and say, " You're still enough Lord" with a grateful heart and a humbled spirit and you keep going.
Each passing moment the only way to keep going is in faith and by the Power of Holy Spirit. Are there days we want to just pack it all up and quit, YES! But we didn't come this far, just to come this far.
Are we telling you this so you can run to the hills to hide from what God is calling you to do, NO! Far from it, we want to help educate, encourage and support our brothers and sisters in Christ who feel lead to open up their own businesses in a righteous and God-fearing way. If God has called you to it then he will see you through it and Bj and I would be honored to help as we can to guide and assist, whether that’s filling your LLC, teaching you about DBAs and EINs, etc, we are here to serve you. Don’t think of it as a hand out but see it for what it is, a hand Up.
So here's to walking in Faith knowing that we can confidently trust in the word of our heavenly Father. ( Jeremiah 29:11 )
