💨👟 STOP SCROLLING. YOUR ASHTRAY IS BORING.

Yeah… we said it. 😏

You’ll spend money on the cigar.
You’ll hunt down the kicks.
You’ll coordinate the fit.
Then drop your premium smoke into some generic ashtray like the details suddenly stopped mattering.

Nah. We’re fixing that.

STOGIES & KICKS × SQUARED AWAY WOOD WORKING is where cigar culture, sneaker culture, craftsmanship, and lifestyle collide.

Not merchandise with a logo slapped on it.
Not something pulled off a warehouse shelf.

Handcrafted hardwood. Real grain. Real character. Built one piece at a time.

🍒 Cherry — smooth, warm, refined.
💜 Purpleheart — dense, bold, unapologetic.
🤍 Maple — clean, crisp, timeless.
🔥 Padauk — vibrant, exotic, impossible to ignore.
🤎 Walnut — dark, rich, sophisticated.

Just like ci**rs, every wood has its own strength, structure, character and story. And just like sneakers, some combinations are subtle… while others were made to BREAK NECKS.

That's the point.

Your cigar says something.
Your kicks say something.
Now the damn ashtray does too. 💨🔥

This collaboration isn't chasing cigar culture.

WE'RE BUILDING FOR IT.

WEEKEND PROJECTS FOR GOOD PEOPLE. 🪵🤙🏾

One thing about a woodworker—we don’t really believe in “scrap wood.” 😂

Those cut-offs sitting in the corner? Too small for the next big build, but way too damn good to throw away. Sometimes all they need is an idea, a little creativity, and somebody worth making something for.

This weekend, some leftover lumber got a second assignment.

A custom display for a handcrafted piece representing brotherhood, identity, and pride. Nothing mass-produced. Nothing pulled off a shelf. Just leftover wood, shop time, and a little Squared Away imagination.

That’s one of my favorite parts of this craft: taking what somebody else might discard and finding the value that was hiding in it.

Cut-offs become keepsakes.
Cut-offs become gifts.
An idea becomes something personal.

And sometimes the best projects aren't orders at all—they're simply good wood, good people, and a reason to create.

♻️ DON’T CALL IT SCRAP UNTIL I SAY IT’S SCRAP. 😤😂🪵

Ohhhh yeah… NUMBER THREE is officially out of the lab. 🔥🦉⛏️

THE 3RD IOTA SHOVEL — COMPLETE.

This one wasn’t built to sit quietly in the corner. It was built to command the damn room.

Gold shovel head.
Brown & gold wrap.
Custom wooden presentation base.
ΙΦΘ standing proud.
1963 represented.
Crest work front and center.

Every cut, wrap, engraving, finish, and detail was intentional.

Three shovels in, and that matters—because we're no longer proving whether the concept can be built. Now we're building a legacy around it.

This is what happens when tradition meets craftsmanship. When fraternity culture meets woodworking. When something symbolic gets transformed into a piece worthy of being displayed, passed down, and talked about long after the pictures stop circulating.

And that GOLD? 😮‍💨🔥

You don't walk into the room carrying this piece and have somebody ask, “What is that?”

They ask, “WHO MADE THAT?!”

That's the difference.

IOTA PHI THETA × SQUARED AWAY WOOD WORKING
🦉 Tradition.
⚒️ Craftsmanship.
🔥 Presence.
🏛️ Legacy.

#3 is officially in the books.

Now the question is…

WHO'S GETTING #4? 👀🔥

FRAT FRIDAY. 🤙🏾💨

Everybody sees the finished product.
They don’t always see the late nights, sawdust, resin, mistakes, do-overs, and hours in the lab when nobody’s watching.

Tonight’s recipe is simple: Frat Friday... Ci**rs. Craft. Grind. 🪵🔨💨

Cigar burning slow. Music playing. Hands working. Mind focused. While the rest of the world is winding down, I’m still building.

Building the craft.
Building the brand.
Building the brotherhood.
Building the legacy.

Sometimes the shop becomes therapy. Sometimes that cigar becomes the reset button. And sometimes you look at the clock and realize… damn, tomorrow done got here already. 😂

But when you love what you do, late-night grinding hits different.

FRAT FRIDAY — smoke in the air, purpose in the work, legacy on the mind. 🤙🏾💨⚒️

🪵🔥 THE GRAND REVEAL — FROM RAW WOOD TO WOW.

This one deserves a moment.

What started as individual pieces of Purpleheart, Maple & Jatoba became a 24" × 15" × 1.75" statement piece—cut, arranged, glued, flattened, sanded, finished, and brought together one step at a time.

Look close. 👀 The pattern. The contrast. That Purpleheart edge. The Jatoba base. And finally, the signature that says:

Built by hand. Built with purpose. Built Squared Away.

There’s something different about holding the finished piece after remembering what was sitting on the workbench just days before. The mistakes, adjustments, sawdust, long hours, and those moments when the vision existed only in my head.

Then comes this moment.

The reveal.

And yeah… the cigar stayed lit through the process. 😂💨

This isn't just a cutting board. It's functional art. Built to work, but pretty enough to make somebody scared to put a knife on it.

Break the picture down and you’ll see the whole story.

👟 KICKS — Culture. Personality. Style.

💨 STOGIES — Good smoke. Good conversation. Peace.

🪵 PURPLEHEART — Raw lumber turned into something worth displaying.

🔥 THE CI**RS — Because a great smoke never hurts the creative process.

🛠️ THE CRAFT — Cut. Carved. Sanded. Engraved. Finished by hand.

🧠 THE VISION — Bringing different cultures together and creating something that feels organic to all of them.

This Stogies & Kicks prototype isn't just an ashtray. It's woodworking × sneaker culture × cigar culture sitting in the same frame.

Different passions.
Different cultures.
One vibe. One piece. One story.

Sometimes life imitates art. Sometimes art imitates life.
Sometimes you just light one up, lace up the kicks, get in the lab, and CREATE.

STOGIES. KICKS. CRAFT. CULTURE.
