Move-out to move-in in just 14 days. 🏃♂️💨
This video is from our turn service project at Tetro Student Village in San Antonio this past August. The footage just came in last week, but the work was all about being on time and behind the scenes.
In a very short window, our team:
• Turned hundreds of student units for fall move-in
• Coordinated painting, cleaning, and punch-list repairs
• Worked around tight schedules so the property could stay on track for opening weekend
