Leaking flush valves and slow urinals? We see this a lot in commercial restrooms. 💧
On this east San Antonio commercial stop we replaced vacuum-breaker parts, installed a new manual flush valve on an ADA toilet after a failed sensor assembly, and descaled/augered urinal drains. Same visit also covered an underground PRV replacement outside.

Commercial plumbing goes deeper than the restroom. 🔧
At a commercial site in east San Antonio, we excavated a leaking underground pressure-reducing valve (PRV), then replaced the PRV and piping and retested. A failing PRV can cause leaks, pressure problems, and damage downstream — catching it early protects the whole building.
We also handled commercial restroom flush-valve and urinal work on the same job.

Is your water pressure too high? 📈
On a recent call in west San Antonio, our gauge showed about 82 PSI live and a peak near 120 PSI. Most homes are happier around 40–60 PSI. High pressure wears out fill valves, supply lines, and other fixtures faster.
We replaced this homeowner's toilet fill valve and supply line after a leak, and recommended a PRV and expansion tank to protect the system.
