🚨 SAN ANTONIO: The Freeze is Coming. Is Your House Ready? ❄️
It’s not just about the cold—it’s about the thousands of dollars in water damage that happen when pipes aren't prepped. Don't be the neighbor calling a plumber at 3 AM.

The "Freeze-Proof" Checklist:
• 💧 Drip to Defend: Keep a slow drip on faucets—moving water is much harder to freeze.
• 🚪 Open Up: Open cabinets under sinks (especially on exterior walls) to let your home's heat reach the plumbing.
• 🧣 Wrap the 'Bibs': Cover outdoor faucets with foam protectors or even heavy towels.
• 🐍 Ditch the Hose: Disconnect garden hoses NOW. If you leave them on, the ice backs up right into your walls.
• 🌡️ Keep it 68°+: Even if you’re heading out, keep the heat on. A cold house is a vulnerable house.
• 📍 Find the "Kill Switch": Know exactly where your Main Water Shutoff is. If a pipe pops, seconds matter.
⚠️ PRO TIP: Most bursts happen while you’re sleeping. Prep BEFORE the sun goes down!
