🏠 Before & after: a complete roof transformation in Universal City, TX!

This two-story home needed more than a patch job — it needed a full system upgrade. Our crew installed Owens Corning Oakridge shingles in Desert Tan, added three dome vents on the second story and a ridge vent on the first for better attic airflow, and wrapped the entire project (tear-off to final cleanup) in less than one day.

Why does ventilation matter as much as shingles? Because trapped heat and moisture shorten a roof's lifespan — especially in South Texas summers. A roof replacement is the best time to fix it.
