MYTH: A custom home is all about choosing paint colors and finishes.

FACT: That's just the finishing touch.

True custom begins long before construction starts. It starts with understanding how you live and designing a home that reflects your family's lifestyle, needs, and vision.

From the overall layout to the features that make everyday life more enjoyable—like a home office, outdoor living space, expanded pantry, or primary suite coffee bar—every detail is thoughtfully planned with you in mind.

At Macaw Custom Homes, we don't believe you should have to fit your life into a predetermined floor plan. We believe your home should be designed around you.

Custom isn't about having more options—it's about creating a home that's thoughtfully designed around the way you live.

The feeling of "cozy" starts long before the blankets and candles come out. 🍂

Sometimes, it's not the grand spaces that leave the biggest impression—it's the thoughtful details that make everyday life more enjoyable.

🛁 A soaking tub to unwind after a long day.
📚 Built-in bookshelves that invite you to slow down with a good book.
☕ A covered porch where mornings begin with coffee and evenings end watching the sunset.

These are the spaces where routines become traditions, quiet moments become cherished memories, and a house begins to feel like home.

At Macaw Custom Homes, we believe the coziest homes are thoughtfully designed around the way you live. Because it's often the little things that make the biggest difference.

✨ Which feature makes a home feel the coziest to you?

✨ Design Feature Spotlight: Sliding Glass Doors

Some of the best moments at home happen when the line between indoors and outdoors disappears.

Large sliding glass doors flood your home with natural light, frame beautiful views, and create a seamless transition to patios, pools, and outdoor living spaces. Whether you're hosting friends, enjoying family time, or simply taking in a quiet morning, this feature makes every space feel brighter, larger, and more connected.

At Macaw Custom Homes, we believe thoughtful design is about more than aesthetics—it's about creating a home that enhances the way you live.
