As Financial Analyst at Macaw Custom Homes, David helps keep our projects and operations running smoothly through thoughtful planning, financial insight, and attention to detail. His work may happen behind the scenes, but it plays an important role in supporting our team and helping every project stay on track.

A graduate of the University of North Florida with a bachelor's degree in Finance, David enjoys being part of a dedicated team that's committed to excellence. He believes Macaw Custom Homes is building more than beautiful homes—it's helping shape the future of custom home building.

When he's away from the office, you'll likely find David exploring local restaurants in his truck, always on the lookout for his next great meal. His favorite? Belizean cuisine—a delicious reminder of his roots. 🚘🍽️

Meet the Team Monday: Jimmy Ford 👷‍♂️🏡

For Jimmy, construction has always been more than a career—it's been a part of his life from the very beginning.

Growing up, he spent countless hours visiting commercial construction job sites with his dad, sparking a passion that led him into residential construction management. Today, with years of industry experience, Jimmy serves as Vice President of Construction at Macaw Custom Homes, where he oversees every aspect of the construction process.

Although he leads our construction operations, you'll still find Jimmy out on jobsites, working alongside the team and ensuring every home meets the high standards of quality and craftsmanship Macaw is known for.

What drew Jimmy to Macaw? A shared commitment to integrity, quality, and doing things the right way—values that continue to guide every home we build.

When he's not on the jobsite, Jimmy enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Whether he's fishing, golfing, listening to audiobooks, watching movies, or exploring the latest technology, family is always at the center of what matters most.

When you've spent more than 30 years in the construction industry, you've learned that quality is built one detail at a time.

Tony Bonaparte brings decades of experience in custom home building, construction management, and residential building to the Macaw Custom Homes team. Throughout his career, he's worn many hats—from builder and business owner to sales manager and operations manager—giving him a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to deliver an exceptional home.

As part of our construction team, Tony is dedicated to ensuring every Macaw Custom Home is built with the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality our homeowners expect.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, golfing, and ranching. Construction is truly a family affair—both of his sons have followed in his footsteps and work in the construction industry as well.

From home renovations and home sales to project management and now business development, Jesse has experienced nearly every stage of the home-building process. That breadth of knowledge allows him to build meaningful relationships, answer questions with confidence, and help clients feel informed from the very beginning.

As our Business Development Manager, Jesse is passionate about connecting with homeowners, industry partners, and the community while helping families take the first steps toward building a custom home.

For Fernanda, every custom home begins with listening.

Originally from Costa Rica and with a background in architecture and interior design, she understands that every family has a unique vision for the place they'll call home. That's why she loves getting to know each client and helping guide them through one of life's most exciting journeys.

With more than 15 years of experience in design, client relations, and sales—and as a licensed Realtor since 2017—Fernanda brings creativity, knowledge, and genuine care to every conversation.

One of her greatest strengths is making clients feel at ease. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, she's able to connect with families from a variety of backgrounds and help ensure they feel supported every step of the way.

Helping people create a home that's uniquely theirs isn't just her job—it's what she's passionate about.
