10,000 hours and I’m still here

Most complaints I have ever received this year! 🥲

We normally don’t get a lot of complaints, so this definitely is a change for me. This year has been more rain than we are ever used to seeing. My whole life I grew up in a drought in this city. This year has been different. Rain has been hitting us off and on randomly.

Scheduling has become a nightmare. You can lose an entire day to rain. Then the next day you have estimates and appointments booked all day and it’s clear skies. What do you do?

It may rain for another week straight and you’re already behind from all the rain. But you have obligations to get too. Or you have just put in 8hrs in the sun and the rain is coming. We may push another 8hrs that day finishing up in the dark.

This has caused some problems with communication and scheduling.

I let everyone know head of time that we are beholden to the weather now. Some people don’t understand…

Who should be responsible? 💰
1. The Property Owner 🏡
2. A Vehicle 🚗
3. A Pedestrian 🚶

If someone isn’t paying attention when driving or walking is it reasonable to hold the property owner accountable for damages. Do you think that is should be a persons own responsibility to be aware of their surroundings? Let me know what you think below ⬇️
