Red Flags to look out for 🚩🚩🚩 1. Ask to walk a near by completed project finished in the last 2 years. If it isn’t near by and it wasn’t recent.. they could be cherry picking only happy clients. 2. With google AI you can search the business legal name to see if they have multiple DBAs. Opening and closing DBAs are typically not a good sign. If you’ve had a bad experience with a contractor, what would you recommend to look out for?
