Element Pool Company started with a husband and wife, a $500 Google Ads budget, a hope, a vision, and a mortgage that was already more than we were comfortable with.
We were new to San Antonio. No contacts. No connections. No guarantees. Just a desire to work hard and a dream of building beautiful backyards for families in our community.
In those early days, we cheered every time the phone rang. Every opportunity to give a free estimate felt like a gift. Every client who took a chance on us meant more than they probably ever knew.
Fast forward to today, and a lot has changed — but that hasn’t.
We still get excited when the phone rings. We still celebrate every project, no matter the size. And we are still immensely grateful every time someone chooses Element and trusts our family with a piece of their home.
We’ll never forget the clients who believed in us before there was a portfolio full of projects behind our name. And we’ll never take for granted the clients who believe in us today.
The projects may have gotten bigger, but the gratitude never changed.
Hard work. Integrity. Craftsmanship. Transparency. Gratitude. Those were our values when we started, and they always will be.
