NEW ASSOCIATE 🎉
Today, XA Collective is incredibly proud to celebrate the promotion of Joshua Eby, RA to Associate!
Josh has been with XA Collective since our very first month, and from the beginning, he has brought a commitment to architecture and to our firm that simply cannot be taught. His ability to learn quickly, positive attitude, work ethic, and diligence have been invaluable in helping XA grow into the firm we are today.
Joining us right out of Virginia Tech, Josh has developed into an impressive young professional. Earning his architectural license just four years after graduation is no small feat and is a testament to the drive and dedication we have seen from him since day one.
We could not be prouder of Josh, not only for what he has accomplished, but also for the role he has played in XA Collective’s story from nearly the very beginning.
Congratulations, Josh! Thank you for everything you have contributed to XA. We look forward to watching you continue to grow as an architect, a leader, and a person.
Well deserved! 👏
Design. Together.
