When our community was devastated by the floods, our Executive Project Manager, Aaron January — a proud veteran — stood side by side with our Sales, Operations & Safety Manager, Leonore Smith, volunteering with other local construction entrepreneurs within the community to clear debris and help families, during the recovery process. Our commitment doesn’t stop there, SJT Builds contributes to the local women’s shelters, providing food and school supplies for families, as well as supporting back-to-school events to ensure children in need are able to start the school year off with confidence and the necessary tools to achieve success. At the heart of SJT Builds is our Owner, Luke Burnett — a generous and kind leader who truly cares about every member of our team. He reminds us daily that family comes first, making sure no one ever misses an important family event. His leadership is built on compassion, respect, and establish a level of care for one another as a family, creating a cohesive company and a strong community dynamic. With leaders like Luke, Aaron, Leonore, and managers who stand firm in our values of faith, family, and community, SJT Build is more than just a construction company — we are a family working together to serve others.
