If your lines are frozen:
Leave the faucet open to potentially drip and the moving water will eventually thaw the pipe.
Open cabinet doors and place a heater or lamp at the door opening to direct heat into the wall. Do not place the lamp or heater inside the cabinet. (Fire and electric danger).
Placing heat lamps or light bulbs near pipes can help.

It’s getting cold this weekend. Take care of your pipes, plants, and pets.
Remove hoses from outside faucets. If you have a faucet cover, install it to help prevent freezing. If not, even a styrofoam cup can help trap heat when placed over the faucet and up against the house. Insulation and rags can help, but lose their effectiveness if they get wet.
On outside walls, open cabinet doors to allow heat from the house to pe*****te through the wall to prevent freezing pipes.
Faucets can be dripped to prevent freezing as well.
Don’t drip outside faucets. It could create a bigger mess (ice patch).
