How to apply:
Submit your application packet, app fee/deposit, and income verification to our office
Each household member must be 55 or older to live here
The first application fee is $15.50; each additional app fee is $10.00
You will need to pay your deposit and application fee in 2 separate money orders
Bring in all required all documentation (ID’s, social, pay subs, benefit letter)
