You picked this town for a reason. Remodeling means you get to keep it.

Same land. Same morning light coming through the trees. Same neighbors who wave when you pull in, same diner, same hardware store where they know your name. Whether that's Tryon, Landrum, Columbus, Saluda, or somewhere else in the foothills, you don't have to give any of it up.

We just change the rooms that aren't working anymore. You still come home to the same house, it just fits the way you live now.

Call 864.806.2630. Let's talk first. If staying makes sense, we'll put together a detailed proposal.

Kids are grown. The kitchen still runs like they live here.

The land can still be right. In Tryon, Landrum, Columbus, and Saluda, the empty nest question is the kitchen, the bath, the closet, or the mudroom. A remodel keeps the house and changes that room. If the town, the lot, or the stairs are the problem, moving is the honest answer. A new kitchen won't fix that, and we'll say so.

Call 864.806.2630. Conversation first. A detailed proposal only if staying is the path.

We'll tell you to move if the house is the problem.

The town can be wrong. You want to be closer to family, or you want a different town entirely. A remodel won't move the house. The lot can be wrong: too much to keep, too little for the life you want, a slope or a road you're done with. New cabinets don't change the drive home. If the only bedroom is up a flight and that flight is why the house no longer works, a bath, a closet, or a mudroom won't fix it.

We remodel kitchens, baths, closets, and mudrooms. Those rooms can't turn the wrong house into a different one.

Kitchen ballpark without the sales theater.

Instant Estimate on our pricing page takes about three minutes. You tell us the scope. We show a range grounded in the same foothills numbers we use on calls.

It is kitchen only today. Bath, mudroom, and closet work still get a detailed proposal after we talk through the room.

We would rather write the plan than guess on the phone.

Whether the room is a kitchen, bath, or custom closet, the process stays the same. We walk the space with you. We ask what fails you every morning. Then we put the scope in a detailed proposal you can actually read, not a vague number with no line of sight into the work.

For closet work we produce a rendered layout for your approval before we order a single piece. Nothing is cut until that layout is agreed. You work with one crew and one point of contact, not a separate franchise dropped in after the fact.

Is the closet fighting you every morning?

A custom closet is built around what you own and how you dress, not an average kit. Reach in work often means double hang, long hang, drawers, and adjustable shelves that fit the opening. Walk in work usually means mixed hang zones, deep shelves, drawer banks, and lighting you can see by early.

Renovus designs the layout with you, measures the room, and installs. The manufactured system we use is ProClosets. Panels and shelves are custom cut in three quarter inch thermally fused laminate so a loaded shelf stays honest. You approve a rendered plan before we order a single piece. One crew. One point of contact.
