Take a look at this basement project!

We finished out an unfinished basement room and turned it into a clean, functional storage space that gives the homeowner more usable space while adding value to the home.

Projects like this don’t always require a full basement remodel. Sometimes, finishing the right space can make a huge difference in how you use your home.

Thinking about finishing an unfinished room or putting unused space to work? Let’s talk about your project!

A full remodel isn’t always necessary to make a space feel completely new.

Sometimes, the right upgrades can make a big difference in both the look and functionality of your kitchen or bathroom.

For this project, we installed a sleek new glass shower door and upgraded the kitchen with a modern sink packed with features designed to make everyday life easier:

🚿 New glass shower door
🚰 Premium kitchen sink
🥤 Built-in cup washer
💦 Waterfall rinser
🥬 Vegetable rinser
🔪 Built-in cutting board
🧺 Sink racks
💧 RO water system

These kinds of upgrades are a great way to refresh your home without the time and cost of a full renovation.

At Jacob’s Remodeling, we handle everything from smaller upgrades and refreshes to complete kitchen and bathroom remodels, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and a finished product you’ll be proud of.

Ready to upgrade your space? Send us a message and let’s talk about your project!

From Flood Damage to a Fresh New Bathroom!

After a flood caused damage throughout this bathroom, we had the opportunity to completely refresh the space from the ground up.

We replaced the tile flooring, installed a brand-new tub and tile surround, added a new vanity and toilet, and finished it off with a fancy bidet for a little extra luxury. 🚿✨

What started as an unexpected mess turned into a beautiful bathroom upgrade!

Before ➡️ After | Stairwell Makeover 🏡✨
Getting a home ready to sell starts with making a great first impression. For this project, we transformed a worn stairwell by repainting the walls, replacing outdated linoleum with new vinyl sheet flooring, and installing durable new stair nosings for a clean, modern finish.
Whether you’re preparing to list your home or simply want to update high-traffic areas, quality flooring and fresh paint can dramatically improve the look and value of your space.

Before and after of this beautiful brick fireplace transformation.

A huge shoutout to our team for the craftsmanship on this one. They did an incredible job applying a custom limewash finish that gave this fireplace a brighter, timeless rustic look while preserving the natural character and texture of the brick.

The mantel is still being finished and will be installed soon to complete the look, but we couldn’t wait to share the transformation so far.

Projects like this are a reminder that you don’t always need to replace something to completely transform a space.

Proud of the work our team puts into every project. If you’re thinking about updating your fireplace or another area of your home, we’d love to help.

✨ Bathroom Transformation Complete! ✨

This bathroom got a complete refresh from top to bottom.

✔️ Removed and replaced all floor tile
✔️ Installed new tile throughout the shower
✔️ Repainted the existing vanity for a fresh, updated look
✔️ Added a second vanity space with extra countertop room to sit and get ready
✔️ Installed all new plumbing fixtures and finish hardware

The result is a brighter, more functional bathroom with a clean, modern feel and plenty of space for everyday use.

It’s always rewarding to see how the right updates can completely transform a space without changing the entire layout.

Thinking about upgrading your bathroom? We’d be happy to help bring your vision to life.

A lot of people only see the finished remodel photos, but not always the work and people behind it.
Just wanted to give a shoutout to the crew that helps make these projects happen day in and day out. Long days, problem solving, dusty jobsites, early mornings, and a lot of hard work — but we take pride in doing quality work and treating every home with care.
Grateful for good employees, good clients, and the opportunity to keep building this business one project at a time. 🔨

Another clean install in the books ✔️

Soundproof paneling for this home gym — helping reduce noise AND creating a bold, modern accent wall.

These aren’t just practical — they actually look incredible and completely transform the space. Perfect for gyms, offices, or anywhere you want to cut noise and level up the design.

This is one of those upgrades that’s both functional and a statement.

If you’ve got a space that needs something like this, let’s make it happen 👊
