Building around courts that already exist changes the job a bit.

Every footing, pour, and access point has to be planned around what needs to stay protected.

Once this tennis facility is finished, residents will get a space that works through the winter and looks like it belonged here from day one.

A project like this has to serve the people using it long after the build is done.

That means the structure, the access, and the finishes all have to make sense for daily use.

Grand opening night at Ken Garff Porsche of Lehi was a good one, a full showroom and bright lights put every detail on display. Fun project for the United crew, and a solid feeling seeing the doors open.

Grand opening nights are a good kind of pressure test, bright lights and a full room will show you fast if the details are right. We had a lot of fun building this Porsche store, and it was a solid feeling seeing it packed and finished.

That grand opening night was a cool one, the place was packed and the building finally got to do what it was built for. Ken Garff Porsche of Lehi turned out clean, and it was a good feeling seeing it full of people and cars.
