The countdown is on for KWB Apartments! 🏡

We’re excited to celebrate the grand opening next week of this 67-home permanent supportive housing community in Salt Lake City. Formerly known as 44 North, the five-story development includes one- and two-bedroom apartments, on-site supportive services and community amenities designed to help residents build lasting stability.

We’re proud to have served as the builder alongside First Step House, Housing Connect, method studio and the many partners whose dedication made this project possible. We can’t wait to celebrate this milestone and welcome residents home!

Great progress happening at Northbridge Building 5 in Jerome, Idaho!

This 94,515-SF tilt-up project is quickly taking shape and will soon become the future home of Amazon. It's exciting to see the scale of this building come together and another major industrial project moving forward in Southern Idaho.

In Case You Missed It! 🎉🏗️

We recently had the opportunity to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Switchpoint Red Hills in St. George, Utah!

Located near Red Hills Parkway and 1000 East, this transformative project redeveloped a former hotel into a community offering 110 deeply affordable, supportive homes for individuals and families in need.

Bonneville Builders was proud to be part of the renovation of two 2–3 story buildings, along with the addition of dedicated parking areas, helping create a safe and stable place for residents to call home.

Congratulations to everyone who helped make Switchpoint Red Hills a reality! 🎉
