Progress you can see from every angle. These views show just how far things have come, massive treatment tanks taking shape against a stunning mountain backdrop. Projects like this take precision, patience, and a whole lot of coordination to get right. Proud of the work going into every phase of this build.

Quality control doesn't start when the project's finished, it starts long before anyone sees the final product. From BIM coordination and prefab through underground installation, equipment installation, and final testing and startup, every stage gets the same level of attention to detail. These photos tell that story, conduit carefully placed and secured before the pour, prefabbed conduit racks built for a clean, accurate install, and duct banks staged and ready to go in the ground exactly as designed. It's the coordination up front that makes the install go smoothly on the back end.

This month, our Arizona team traded the office for the ballpark! We had a great time cheering on the Arizona Diamondbacks, enjoying the game, and spending time together.

Events like this are a great reminder that it’s not just about the work we do, but the people we do it with. We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect, get to know one another, and enjoy summer along the way!

Skyline Family:

Are you regularly running conduit on top of a lift? Do you have to come down to the ground every time you make some bends? Do you have to have an additional person on the ground making the bends for you? In either case, there is a quicker, easier way. Check out the SkyBender by Rack-A-Tiers!

SkyBender mounts to the rail of the lift, allowing you to bend conduit easily and quickly without having to come down from the machine. This only takes one third of the usual time! Check it out in action here: https://ow.ly/rE1V50ZC51h

If this would save your team(s) any time at all, let us know and place the order through the tool request sheet.

Congratulations to Carlos on being nominated for our Safety core value. The scope and difficulty of this work can't be overstated. Carlos helped pull 5kV cable through existing tray, navigating underground tunnels throughout the plant, with energized 5kV loads live the entire time. Once the new circuits were in, the old ones had to come out, in that same live tray. Some runs stretched 1,600 feet. Dozens of shutdowns and LOTOs later, these systems are online, executed methodically and professionally over the last six months. The plant's own team has said more than once how smooth it all went. We appreciate you Carlos for all your hard work.

These photos capture something easy to overlook, the prep that happens before anyone sees the finished product. Pouring concrete right, making sure every wire is placed exactly where it needs to be, and closing everything off correctly isn't just a step in the process. It's the difference between a job that lasts and one that doesn't. There's no shortcut here. It takes patience, attention to detail, and a crew that cares about getting it right the first time, because once that concrete sets, there's no going back to fix a mistake. This is what quality craftsmanship looks like, even when nobody's watching.
