Just another example of what you do not want to hire. It's storming they've tore off the roof already no material on the job no dry-in, no tarps. One layer of ice and water shield in the valley one layer on the perimeter. Superior Home Improvement would never ever do a job like this. We always have all materials on the job site before tearing off the roof as well as we do double ice and water shield on the valleys and the perimeter of the home and many other things that many contractors do not do. Notice there's no catch-all system around the home to protect the home from any shingles that may come off and hit the stucco, have you ever tried getting black tar off of Stucco? Also we never park trailers on the yard without plywood underneath them because it will leave large divots if you have a large roof to tear off. All I can say about this Roofing company is "Amateurs!"
