Do you know any experienced Ironworker/Riggers that are GOOD on a crane pick?

I’m looking for 8 Ironworker/Riggers with real hands-on experience rigging and securing loads that have to be flown into tight spaces with very little room for error.

We need people who understands more than just hooking up a load. We’re looking for riggers that understands load balance, center of gravity, sling angles, load control and how that load is going to behave once it leaves the ground.

Strong experience communicating with crane operators, using tag lines, controlling suspended loads, and safely guiding loads into their final position is extremely important.

📍 Ogden, UT
💰 $36 hr.
🏠 $120 per day paid 6 days

Required:

Minimum 3 years of stainless steel structural welding experience.
Proficient with TIG, MIG, Flux-Core, and Stick welding processes.
Ability to read blueprints, welding procedures, and fabrication drawings.
Experience welding stainless steel grades including 304, 308, 309, and 316.
Ability to pass a welding test and pre-employment screening.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.
Must be capable of working in various weather conditions and industrial environments.
Preferred:

Current AWS welding certifications.
Experience in industrial construction, manufacturing, refinery, power generation, or processing facilities.
Rigging, forklift, aerial lift, or crane certifications.
