Nestled in our sunroom, this cozy little wine & coffee bar is created by using Antique mirror tiles giving us the aged, reflective glow to create an endless sparkle behind floating glass shelves loaded with vintage crystal stemware. Brass accents everywhere—from the prep sink and faucet to the frames and vintage-style pendant light—add that warm, luxurious touch.

Perfect spot for morning espresso or evening pours, right off the walk-in pantry and kitchen.

Paired with velvet blush sofa, iconic mustard yellow womb chairs, a vintage tiled fireplace, and layers of pattern from the Persian rug to the velvet curtains. More to come!

A bold maximalist kitchen fuses gleaming gold backsplash and ornate blue-and-white porcelain accents with lush greenery and floral upholstery under a whimsical scalloped pendant light.

This kitchen and sunroom required a complete reconfiguration of the upstairs floor plan to accommodate a walk-in pantry, custom cabinets, and all-new windows overlooking the Salt Lake City Valley.
