Fire can be an unforgiving event. But sometimes it allows for things to be done that otherwise would have been almost undoable. Working with great specialty contractors and an awesome jobsite supervisor (Lizzy) we lowered this 250 yr old brick house onto its new foundation.

Geddes Building Movers, Inc. Did the jacking and lowering making it seem effortless and Mcleod masonry were on-site providing expert brick work prepping for its final rest, and will continue to patch in, catch the chimneys, and repoint sections.

This home was completely gutted due to smoke damage, and shortly we will be back on-site framing it for its next 250 yr adventure.
