Do you wish your backyard was “more level” and “more usable” ?

This customer reached out and wanted some ideas on how to make their backyard more usable. With new additions to the family, they wanted to be able to set up a swing set/sandbox and wanted to host holiday parties with visions of kids playing badminton and volley ball in the backyard.

The problem is nothing was level. Everything was sloped. They asked what can we do.

We recommended bring in some dirt and leveling it.

They liked the idea.

So we brought in some dirt and leveled it.

Hey Triad Tractor !

Can you build us 900 feet of no-climb fence beside of our existing fence, then remove the old fence once the new fence is built, then trench in 400 feet of water line, then unload an 18 wheeler of large square bales and stack it in the barn?

Well we need some brush cleared, a horse trail through the woods, re-level the arena, scrape the gravel driveway, and cut the brush back on the sides.

Hey Triad Tractor can you clean up all this junk, push the tree line back, and put in a pad for a greenhouse?

Yea no problem.

These are existing customers, they didn’t ask how we gonna do that.

Anyway, we hauled off the junk, pushed over trees, dug up the stumps, stripped off the topsoil, then spread sand rock.
