The Rowan Master Gardeners hosted their annual ‘Propagation Workshops’ this summer! Did you come? 🌿

🌿This week we hosted our ‘Potting Up Days’, where all those wonderful cuttings get put into bigger pots to continue their growing process!

🌿When you propagate cuttings for yourself, we propagate cuttings for ourselves right along with you ~ and these trays of cuttings become the mature plants we sell, by the thousands, at our Annual Spring Plant Sale (always the 1st Saturday in May!)!

🌿If you came to the workshops but didn’t make it to Potting Up Day, one of our Master Gardener Volunteers is sure to be calling you to come get your tray!!

🌸🌱 UNCC BOTANICAL GARDEN TOUR 🌳🌺

Join our staff for a guided tour of the UNC Charlotte Botanical Gardens located near the campus of UNC Charlotte. Rich with history, the two gardens and greenhouses, Van Landingham Glen Garden & Susie Harwood Garden, will inspire the most seasoned of gardeners. The tour will be led by a docent of the gardens and lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
