Nothing is more welcoming than red steps...it's like rolling out the red carpet. Before & after photos of removing a deteriorated set of steps and building a new brick set. Now the carpenter can reinstall the vinyl railing. This is the rear set. We are working on the front set now.

Just got a visit from Habitat for Humanity. I do believe they do good work for people but their business practices are less than desirable. We dealt with them years ago. After quoting them on a foundation job they told me I was awarded the job but they only used my quote for our MHIC number and they got another contractor without an MHIC to do the work. They showed up today to get us to quote another foundation and admitted that they are telling contractors the other contractors' bid price. That's nothing but price chiseling. We don't want any part of those practices!!
