We performed a complete tear-off to the deck, upgrading the facility with a new The BILCO Company aluminum roof hatch, six cast iron drains, and a custom-built knee wall. To meet local codes, we installed a high-efficiency R-30 tapered insulation system set in asphalt, topped with a premium GAF - Roofing SA TPO roofing system..

The project was finished with custom-fabricated Kynar aluminum coping and heavy-duty box gutters to ensure long-term, weather-tight protection against the coastal elements.

This is the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury. These wonderful folks have a brand new roof that will last decades! A comprehensive commercial restoration, featuring a full tear-off to the Tectum deck and the installation of a high-performance Polyglass USA 3-ply modified bitumen system. This project includes custom-tapered insulation for an R-30 value, precision Kynar aluminum metalwork, and enhanced drainage solutions—all backed by a 25-year labor and material warranty.

The Main Stage
We tackled this one with a heavy focus on safety and advanced ventilation, integrating six BILCO heat-activated smoke vents into a high-performance 80 Mil white TPO system. To guarantee a weather-tight seal and superior drainage, we installed a custom 16-foot roof cricket and reinforced the build with mechanically attached ISOGARD coverboard to meet strict wind uplift codes. Topped off with custom-fabricated Kynar aluminum coping.

Backstage Roof
Our team installed a fully adhered, 80 Mil white TPO system over double-layered Polyiso insulation and ISOGARD coverboard, ensuring maximum thermal efficiency and wind resistance. To guarantee perfect drainage, we integrated custom roof crickets with TPO-coated metal scuppers and galvanized conductor heads. Finished with precision-fabricated Kynar aluminum coping.

This roof, is a perfect blend of OSHA-compliant safety and long-term durability. 🎸 Ready for any performance, rain or shine.
