What started as a leaking toilet became a full second-floor bathroom remodel in this older Ann Arbor home. After extensive subfloor damage, we worked with the homeowners to create a space that honors the home's original character while adding modern comfort and reliability.

The finished bathroom features a unique period-appropriate corner tub, classic white wainscot tile, and Delta plumbing fixtures.

We love bringing new life to older homes while preserving the charm that makes them special.

We recently completed this kitchen remodel in a historic Ann Arbor home, blending timeless character with thoughtful updates.
