Some projects require more than a quick fix — they require patience, research, experience, and a willingness to figure things out.
This conservatory had multiple roof leaks, and the homeowners had struggled to find anyone willing to take on the repair. Through careful diagnosis, extensive research, and the help of a seasoned exterior consultant, our team developed a solution.
We’ve repaired the leaks using custom-bent aluminum, highly durable sealants, and by carefully re-sealing each and every glazing bar. We’re also working through rotted trim and damaged paint to bring everything back to a watertight, finished condition.
It’s still a work in progress, but we’re hoping to have it wrapped up by the end of the week.
