Here’s a look at the indoor side of one of our latest projects — and this one was a big transformation.
Before we ever started talking equipment, we completed a full load calculation on the home and found that the existing HVAC system was undersized for what the house actually needed.
We went back and forth with the homeowner, looked at the numbers, talked through different options, and ultimately landed on a setup that made sense for the home: a 2-stage 4-ton A/C paired with a variable-speed furnace to give us much better control over airflow, capacity, comfort, and humidity.
Everything came together great, but the biggest difference is how the house actually feels now. The new system runs significantly better for the home instead of constantly trying to make undersized equipment do a job it was never designed to handle.
This is exactly why we believe in doing the homework before replacing equipment. We don’t just swap boxes — we design the system around the home.
