The Don Chapin Company is a full-service heavy civil and general engineering contractor serving California since 1978. Our approach to business is a simple one.

We specialize in underground utilities, pipeline installation, grading, paving, and site development for developers. We pride ourselves on long-term relationships with our clients, community, and employees. Our projects range in size from small driveways and homeowner projects to major new home developments and highway construction. Every job is a custom job and we provide custom work to meet virtually any construction project needs. We believe that if you do good work and treat your customers right, success is guaranteed.
