Taking Shape.

There’s something exciting about the framing stage. This is when plans start becoming rooms, walls go up, and you can finally begin to see the finished home taking shape.

At Balesteri Construction, we know what happens behind the walls matters just as much as what you see when the project is complete. Careful planning, solid framing, and attention to detail set the foundation for everything that comes next.

Another residential project moving right along.

Proud to Support Key for a Cure

Balesteri Construction was proud to support Key for a Cure at Corral de Tierra Country Club, helping raise funds for the kids of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Our team sponsored the Hole-in-One contest featuring a $10,000 prize and had a great time getting out on the course for an important cause.

Thank you to everyone who played, sponsored, volunteered, and helped make the event possible. We’re proud to support organizations that are making a difference for families and in our community.

Strength Starts with the Details

Quality concrete work begins well before the pour. Proper formwork takes experience, precision and a crew that understands how every detail contributes to the strength of the finished structure.

Balesteri Construction provides concrete formwork for commercial projects throughout the Monterey Peninsula, Salinas Valley and Tri-County area, from foundations and structural walls to more complex project requirements.

It’s the work that may eventually be hidden from view, but its importance is built into the project for years to come.

This apartment complex is coming along, and it’s great to see the progress happening across the site.

Two of the three slabs are now on the ground and ready for the lumber package. It’s an important milestone that sets the stage for the next phase of construction.

From site preparation and concrete work to what comes next, every step brings this project closer to completion.

Stay tuned — there’s a lot more to come.

From the foundation to the framing, every stage is about getting the details right.

Framing is underway, and this project is beginning to take shape. This is the point when plans on paper start becoming real spaces — walls go up, rooms take form and you can begin to see the finished structure ahead.

It’s another day of progress for the Balesteri Construction team and another step closer to completion.
