We told Dad everyone was jumping together. Everyone was not jumping together. 😂

Pool pros, you know that one person on your crew who trusts everybody? That’s our dad. Which is honestly nice, especially when Taylor and I want to try to prank him.

We got some really good behind the scenes footage of this one. If anyone wants to see it- Comment “BTS” and we’ll get it posted...despite dad's feelings about it.

Dad got asked for his honest opinion on a trend he’s seeing in the pool industry. He answered with two words: carbon fiber.

Then he said the part we think every pool pro already knows. “Cheaper is better” is out the window.

If a tool makes your day easier and your job go smoother, it’s worth it. Your arms at the last stop of the day would probably agree. 💪

Okay, pool pros. What’s one tool you’d never go cheap on again?

Part 3 of the Tape Measure Challenge. The front office team went first. Then the warehouse team. Now it’s our family’s turn.

The rules: stop the tape at exactly 12 inches without looking at the numbers.

Dad stopped at 13. Grandpa Jim stopped at 11. So between the two of them, they nailed it. 😅

Pool pros, you’d probably crush this. You eyeball measurements all day.

Go back and watch Parts 1 and 2, then tell us who on Team Skimlite did it best.

That’s all it took. One look and we were out the door faster than we came in. 😂

Every pool company has someone in Boss Mode keeping the routes running and the orders going out. At ours, it’s Dad. We still say he’s due for a shenanigans break.

Tag the person on your team who gives the look. And make sure to tag up in any videos where you're putting your favorite Skimlite tool to work! We'd love to support your content!

They work with pool poles all day. Surely they know what 12 inches looks like… right? 😂

The front office had their turn. Now we’re putting the Florida warehouse team to the test in Part 2 of our tape measure challenge.

Same rules: pull the tape, no peeking, and stop when you think you’ve hit 12 inches.

Pool pros, are you backing the warehouse crew on this one?

Pick your team now, because the Skimlite owners are up next in Part 3. And yes, we’re making Dad do it, too.

Who’s taking the win: front office, warehouse, or owners? 👀

Meet the people we get to work with at Skimlite. Usually, they’re helping get pool tools out the door. Today, we got them dancing!

If you’re a pool pro, you probably have someone on your crew who makes a long day a little more fun. Around here, we’ve got a whole team of them.

We get to learn from them, laugh with them, and sometimes convince them to dance on camera with Dad.

You might know Skimlite for the tools on your pool route. We’re happy we get to show you the people behind them, too.

Here’s to the people who make a workday feel like time spent with friends.

Pool Pros! These are the people behind the tools riding in your truck. We thought you should get to know them a little better.

If we lined up your pool service crew, what question would get everyone moving? 👀

Did anyone else catch who Tutu chose for bailing her out of jail?!

Apparently every family business needs a very official ranking system. 😂
Very important leadership stuff happening at Skimlite not that it's my turn to take the reigns of the family business.

Now it’s time to see if the warehouse team can do any better because turns out working at Skimlite does NOT automatically make you good at guessing 12 inches. 😂

We put the front-of-house team to the test: pull the tape measure without looking and stop as close to 12 inches as possible.

Some guesses were... more confident than accurate.

Three generations. Three perfect shots. We’d like to thank our very suspicious camera angle. 😂

Grandpa, Dad, and I got the highlight reel. Mom and Taylor handled the behind the scenes. Taylor also caught a stray pen, so she’ll be bringing that up at the next family meeting.

Pool pros, we know the finished pool photo doesn’t show everything it took to get there. The extra set of hands. The person who showed you how. The teammate who helped finish a long day.

Who helps YOU make it look easy? Give them some credit below. We clearly owe Taylor some.
