UC Framing is proud to be part of Beverly Gardens in Scotts Valley—a 25-unit affordable housing community featuring three stories, 36 parking spaces, a community room, bicycle storage and open space.

Our team handled the framing using prefabricated wall panels, floor cassettes, stairs and roof trusses—bringing quality craftsmanship and efficiency to a project that will make a difference in the community.

UC Construction is proud to be building 18 new homes in Modesto in partnership with Self-Help Enterprises. Construction is underway, with a special site ceremony taking place on August 28 to celebrate the wall-raising milestone.

We’re happy to be part of a project that will help bring new affordable homeownership opportunities to local families and strengthen the Modesto community.
