Scheduling now for late summer/early fall fertilizer..when the heat leaves and the drought continues the number 1 thing you can do for your lawn is to feed it and when we say feed it we mean feed feed feed… put it to bed for winter absolutely full… your late summer early fall and fall lawn maintenance is your starting point for spring…. There is a reason why the number 1 local dirt supplier refers us for seeding… we start with raking and hand leveling, then we seed using premium coated seeds followed up with a clean equal starter fertilizer, we then add a high grade soil amendment while hand leveling, we then top that off with another round of seed before covering with straw… using coated seeds prevent loss to wildlife and helps retain seed moisture during germinating, by applying a round of seed before adding soil amendment then hand leveling we are guaranteeing good soil to seed contact….so as long as the customer waters like they are suppose to or has us put in a temp irrigation our seed jobs will guarantee a thick full lawn…. Yet another reminder that although the price is important you have to be looking at the full scope of work if you’re trying to compare quotes.

I’m pretty forgetful with the camera but this is the 3rd job in 3 weeks we had to come back to de rock, grade seed and straw… somehow our standard of a finished job just isn’t what a lot of others are… this is a reminder to always verify the quotes scope of work and not the price tag at the bottom… from septic tank install, to drainage pipe, to this water line and electric line replacement… however our modified rock rake sure makes getting these rocks missouri grows so well up and a perfect raked seed bed for the seed.. rock rakes, 8 tons of top soil, 100 pounds of premium grass seed, some triple 12
Fertilizer, and some straw this is how a job should be completed
