❄️ NEW FOR WINTER 2026–2027 — RESIDENTIAL WINTER PROPERTY CARE ❄️

Mowing season may end, but taking care of your property doesn't have to.

Courtney Lawn & Landscaping is now enrolling a limited number of residential properties in our new Winter Property Care Program.

For $150 per month from November through March, we'll visit approximately every other week to help keep your property maintained throughout the winter.

🍂 Light leaf & debris cleanup
🌳 Pick up sticks and small fallen limbs
✂️ Light seasonal pruning when appropriate
🏡 Clean up landscape beds and property areas as needed
💨 Blow off primary hard surfaces
👀 General property walk-through during each visit

PLUS — SNOW SERVICE IS INCLUDED! ❄️

Your seasonal membership includes up to 6 qualifying snow-service visits, including standard residential driveway plowing and hand clearing of the primary front entrance when snowfall reaches approximately 3".

$150/month
November through March
$750 total for the winter season

We're intentionally keeping enrollment limited so we can build tight routes and provide dependable service to each property.

Another drainage project underway!

This property has been dealing with unwanted water, so today the crew started getting underground and building a system designed to move that water away from the problem areas.

Drainage isn't the prettiest part of landscaping while it's being installed… but when it's done correctly, it's one of the most important improvements you can make to your property.

Once everything is installed, we'll close it back up, restore the disturbed lawn, and let the **Son of Sod get that hydroseed hose back in his hand.** 😎💦🌱

The crew is making good progress on this one today. 💪

This project includes:

🧱 New small Barnstone retaining wall
🌿 New landscape beds
⚫ Steel landscape edging
🌱 Lawn restoration & hydroseeding

We're getting the hard work knocked out today, and if Mother Nature cooperates, we'll be back tomorrow to finish the details, clean everything up, and let the hydroseed hose finish the job. 😎🌱

🎀 **THE BOW TIE IS ON THIS ONE!** 🔥

While the Sod Father was away, the crew put the final touches on this hardscape transformation and officially brought another project across the finish line. 💪

From the tear-out and base prep to the retaining wall, brick edging, patios, steps, final cuts, poly sand, grading and lawn repair — this one came together beautifully.

A lot of work happens between the BEFORE and AFTER pictures, and I'm proud of the crew for finishing strong and paying attention to those final details.

Another project complete.
Another happy customer.
Another one in the books. ✅

The big work is behind us and we're officially down to the finishing touches on this transformation. 💪
