Richardson's Heating and Air is a family owned business that was founded in Salem, IN in 1996 by a second-generation HVAC mechanic, Joe Richardson. October is indoor air quality awareness month! What kind of heating and air company would we be if we didn't give our customers tips on how to improve the air quality in their homes?
#1: Dusting & cleaning regularly. When the dust is minimized, it creates more fresh air for us to breathe in.
#2: Changing your filter in your HVAC system! Not only does it improve the air quality, but it helps maintain the life of your unit.
#3: Monitor the humidity in your home. The humidity level in your home shouldn't be above 60%.
#4: Proper ventilation. Open windows, turn on the exhaust fans in the necessary rooms, and close blinds to help indoor temperature.

Shoutout to Brandan, Justin, and Jason for getting this customer upgraded from a mobile home unit to a Rheem residential unit.

If we can install a residential unit in your mobile home instead of mobile home equipment, we will as it provides more efficiency and lower electric bill for the homeowner 😍
