Last week we celebrated 40 years of Liberty Electric with a ribbon cutting ceremony. What started in 1986 as one man’s dream has grown into the company that you know today.
Over our 40 years we’ve wired all sorts of projects — retail, fire stations, warehouses, restaurants, car dealerships, churches, multifamily buildings, and manufacturing plants. We’ve taken on tough and complex projects too: inflatable sports domes, utility-scale solar projects, and summer school renovations that have to be demoed, roughed, inspected, and turned over in 12 weeks while the kids are out. We have always been proud to take on new or challenging work. That culture has driven and shaped us for four decades.
But the real story is our people. The apprentices who became foremen. The PMs who answer the phone at 6am. The estimators on the hunt for the next win. The crews who show up in the heat, the cold, and the rain to do it right. Thank you to every current and former Liberty Electric employee — you built this.
Thank you as well to our clients, trade partners, and friends who’ve trusted us along the way. Businesses are built on relationships, and we’ve been lucky to build ours with people who value honesty, quality, and working as a team to get it done.
A special thank you to the Southern New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce for joining us and facilitating the ribbon cutting to help us mark this milestone.
Here’s to forty years of long-term relationships, and to the next forty with new opportunities ahead.
