For the past 15 years, Brian has been Lenity’s go-to code and permitting guru. He digs into the requirements for every city and county where we have a project, helping our team understand exactly what’s needed before plans are designed and submitted.

It’s no small task! His research and attention to detail help reduce unnecessary back-and-forth and keep the permitting process moving as smoothly as possible.
