How often should you water your lawn?
The answer is usually less often than most homeowners think.

Healthy lawns thrive on deep, infrequent watering that encourages stronger roots and better drought resistance.

As a general guideline:
• Established lawns: 2–3 times per week
• New sod/seed: Daily or every other day until established
• Water early in the morning for best results

Every lawn is different, but this guide is a great starting point.
