FSR is on site at Persimmon in Buda, Texas.

Persimmon is a 775 acre master planned community. Roughly 2,100 homes at full build out.

The land was a working farm. Instead of clearing it, the developer kept the original dairy house and the old milk barn and built the amenity center around them.

FSR is handling the metal roofing and gutters across the amenity district:

Milk Barn Pavilion
Club House and Fitness Center
Coworking Lounge
Pool Equipment Building
Mail Kiosks

We took coffee and energy drinks from to the teachers and staff at Salado Creek Elementary this morning!

The first weeks in a brand new school are no small thing. New building, new routines, and a drop off and pick up line everyone has just about figured out. Y'all handled it!

We will be making the rounds to the other campuses over the next couple weeks.
