“Hunter’s Special”

It’s that time of year again to get ready to put away the water toys and start preparing for the fall/winter adventures. We offer a wide variety of services to help get you ready for this season. We teamed up with First Baptist Church out of Slidell (amazing group of folks) and donated a machine and an operator for the day to help a mother and daughter clear all the trees that fell on and around their homes and property for no cost to them. The access to their two homes on the property have been nonexistent since Tropical Storm Arthur hit on June 18th spinning tornadoes across the parish. We are happy to have helped and taken some of the financial burden off of them. We would like to thank First Baptis Church, Louisiana Disaster Relief, and the community for letting us be a part of this amazing event. What a strong community we have!! Don’t think just because you have grass and weeds growing through your gravel driveway or parking lot that you need more gravel. We generally can fix what you already have with what’s there. This customer was thinking it was going to cost a fortune to bring back his parking lot with all new gravel and labor. We were able to provide the same appearance and function with what he had and just paid for our services. Now they are already looking at preparing for phase two with the money they saved!! We extend our wishes for the safety of all individuals living in Louisiana and Mississippi during Hurricane Francine. Remember, all it takes is 6” of flowing water to sweep you off your feet. We will be out after the storm helping clear and clean streets, roads, and working with residents of our communities. We love stories with happy endings!! We gave a couple a quote over a year ago to find their property lines, remove bamboo and roots, bring in new fill, and regrade another section installing a swell to shed water. They lost our name, quote, and number over the past year and she was determined to find us again. She searched everywhere for us and ended up finding us on Nextdoor App where we originally communicated. Luckily we still had her quote and completed the project for less. We were able to reclaim and spruce up over 2500 feet of levee by cutting 5’-8’ tall cane, bamboo, and weeds from the top of the levee to the shoreline. These future condos will have waterfront access with beautiful sunset views thanks to taking back the overgrown shorelines.
